In the high and massive North/East coast there are a lot of caves. The variegated seabeds are full of rocks, sand, seaweed and sea flora of any kind. All these elements give the sea colours which range from turquoise to light blue, from green to blue with unbelievable shade of colours which can be compared to the rainbow. For sea photographic fans Lampedusa's seabeds have a particular charme both for the sea fauna and for the flora rich in sponges, corals, shells, seaweed, starfishes and sea bushes of any kind. Not to be missed the wonderful sunset you can admire from Capo Ponente, you can see the fishermen wo come back with their boats full of fish and you can admire as well the enchanting sunrise from Capo Grecale.

Daily you can reach Lampedusa by aeroplane. There are Air One regular flights from Palermo to Lampedusa and vice versa. Saturday and Sunday there are weekly flights from Milano, Bologna, Bergamo, Roma and Verona. The companies are: Air One, Air Italy, Federico II° Airways.
