The Hotel Residence Villalba is hidden among mediterranean trees with a wide garden where the guests can go when they like. There are wooded paths with thirty years pines, ficus, fir trees and palm trees which give a feeling of coolness and peace. The well-kept flowerbeds are rich in Biscus, Bucanvil, Gardenia and Geranium and they create peaks of colours that cheer the atmosphere. The small villas are 14 in blocks of four or two each and everyone of them with a big patio. Each small villa is provided with a safe-deposit box, tv, phon and air-conditioning unit. In the centre of the Hotel Residence Villalba there is a characteristic bar where our guests can take abundant breakfast included in the rates. The Hotel Residence Villalba is located far from Cala Greta (300 metres) and city centre (500 metres). A free pullman service takes the guests from the Residence to the many beaches. On request the Residence organizes a ship trip around the island and dives with a diving centre. There is the possibility of hiring cars, little boats, scooters at a low price.

This year the Hotel Residence Villalba direction has decided to diversify the holidays typologies organizing the residential estate to include all three kinds.
I°) "RESIDENCE HOLIDAY": The Traditional Holiday Residence includes, in the villa's rates, change of lines, service forfait (electricity, water, gas, bed lines, towels, table lines, transfers from/to airport/port, bus from/to the several beaches) and breakfast buffet, you can have air-conditioning)
II° "HOTEL RESIDENCE HOLIDAY": The Tradizional Hotel Holiday in a villa of the Residence includes, in the daily rate for person, air conditioning, bed lines change two times a week, daily towels change, daily cleaning of the villa (excluding the cooking facilities), transfers from/to airport/port, bus from the several beaches, breakfast to the bar of the Hotel Residence Villalba.

III°) "HOTEL RESIDENCE HOLIDAY "SOLEMARE": That kind of holiday will begin in the first week of June until the half of September, includes in the daily rate for person all of the I° or II° holiday typologies and more three sea days for week to reserve with the villa and to pay in situ to Guaza boat. The Hotel Residence Villalba bus takes every day at 10.30 guests to the Guaza boat and you enjoy yourselves. At lunch you have a typical traditional fish meal on board. At 17.30 the guests come back with the same bus to the Hotel Residence Villalba.
